Description

A rare and unusual Pewter Medicine Spoon, also called Gibson Spoon, or Feeding Spoon. With hinged lid. Used to administer a dose of medicine to the patient.
The lid is signed with the maker's initials A G, and name A Garon. Also marked Bte S G D G, which is the French Patent. (French word for patent is brevet).
